WHY NOT???

The journey of exercise can be both exciting and rewarding. When you break it down, exercise is really a journey, not a destination. You work out a certain way for a period of time, and you change one iota of your workout regiment, and you begin a brand new journey, never reaching a finished product.

So, over the long haul of life, WHY NOT?

... do as much as you can, as often as you can, because you're in it for the long haul

... cycle 50 miles

... do a whitewater rafting trip

... climb Long's Peak in Colorado

... push yourself past what you even thought was possible

The human body and mind can be trained to go way beyond the self-imposed limitations that most individuals put on themselves.

WHY NOT do a pushup countdown (20, then 19, then 18, etc.) until you get to 1.

Then you will have done 210 pushups! I am almost 61 years old, and can do this pretty easily! It's just a mindset! So, go out, and find your own WHY NOT!!!
