Time to Decompress

After a long hard day at work or school, most of us don't take time to unwind from a full day. We come home, fix food, take care of the kids, do homework, then before you know it, it's time for bed. But, we never took 10 minutes of our day to just release, de-stress, and just relax. So, I'm here to give you a 10 minute decompression.

You can do this sitting down or standing up. Or with the lights way down low - but then you couldn't see me! (smile)

Do this at the end of every day, and you'll be amazed at how much better you will feel, especially before going to bed. Ready - Set - Relax!
